In the State of New York, each parish is a separate religious corporation for legal purposes, governed by a five-member Board of Trustees. The Bishop serves as President, the Vicar-General as Vice-President, and the Pastor as Secretary. The Pastor appoints two parishioners to serve as Lay Trustees. Our parishioner trustees are:
